The faculty was founded in 2017. At the faculty intramural graduates are trained in the programs of "Architecture" and "Urban Planning" (master’s degree level) and intra-extramural graduates in the programs of "Architecture", "Urban Planning" and "Art History" (postgraduate's degree level). Highly qualified teachers work at the faculty, most of them have academic degrees and titles, they are members of creative unions (Russia Architects Association, Russia Designers Association, Russia Artists Association).
Annually the best graduation theses of the students are represented to the International review contest of the best graduation projects in architecture and design, where they are awarded with diplomas of MOOSAO, Russian Academy of Architecture and Construction Sciences, Russia Architects Association, as well as diplomas of other creative unions and public organizations. Graduates from postgraduate courses work in Russian and world leading design organizations. They also give lectures at the NSUADA.

The educational program is focused on the implementation of the following principles: application of research results in professional and teaching practices; professional activity based on the continuous development and innovations; independent execution of research work, professional decision making; the ability to organize and carry out research, professional and teaching activities in the training program «Architecture».
Urban planning.
The educational program is focused on the implementation of the following principles: information accumulation, urban planning documentation development; development of alternative urban planning solutions; selection and argumentation of the urban planning solutions; organization, goal setting, researching and prospecting, defining goals of territorial development, methodology, techniques and technologies of their achievement, necessary for urban planning documentation development; organization of planning and design of territorial development; organization of urban planning documentation development.

teaching activities on educational programs of higher education: educational activities for basic and additional programs of higher education in the field of architecture of buildings and structures, creative concepts of architecture activities.
