NSUADA continues cooperation with Indonesia

At Multimedia Nusuntara University (Indonesia) student projects on the development of open public spaces were defended.

Associate Professor of the Department of Urban Planning and Landscape Architecture, Head of the Research Department of NSUADA Anton Gashenko conducted expert sessions for student teams with analysis of design concepts.

Six teams presented their research and urban design concepts for the transformation of areas in the capital of Indonesia, Jakarta.

During their defenses, students answered the expert’s questions and received feedback on the quality of their project proposals and research approaches.

As Anton Gashenko noted, “The work of Indonesian students is distinguished by the practical specificity of their research, and much attention is paid to the local context.”

Anton Gashenko also gave a lecture “Designing Open Public Space” to Indonesian students in English.
