International conference of the State Institute of Fine Arts and Design of Tajikistan

On April 24, 2024 Mikhail Nechaev – Head of the Department of Communication Design of NSUADA, Associate Professor, Candidate of Sciences – spoke at the international conference “The role of Culture and Fine Arts in the modern life” of the State Institute of Fine Arts and Design of Tajikistan.
